Campground Rules
NO FIRE WOOD CAN BE BROUGHT IN FROM ANYWHERE
Campground rules are for the safety and enjoyment for All Campers.
1. Respect your fellow campers.
2. Quiet time 11pm to 9am.
3. Children under 18 must be on parent’s site by 11pm.
4. Speed limit 5 mph.
5. Pets welcome, must have current shots, mandatory leash, and clean up after your pets.
6. Fishing Lake Only! No Swimming! Catch & Release.
7. No boating after dark. Life Jackets must be on board, and worn by anyone under 18.
8. No ATV’s.
9. No illegal drugs, weapons, fireworks, or chain saws.
10. Golf carts allowed for seasonal only! Electric carts by 2013. Must have proof of insurance, licensed drivers only. No gas golf carts allowed after 12:00 a.m.
11. Honor all No Trespassing signs and camp boundaries.
12. Must adhere to all posted pool rules. Under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. No Exceptions!
13. All trash must be taken to the dumpsters. No tires, furniture, lawnmowers, etc… You hauled it in, you haul it out.
14. Do not cut trees, gather firewood or deface property in any way.
15. Fire in fire rings only. Do not move fire rings. No glass or cans in fire.
16. No loud or profane language. This is a family campground.
17. All storage sheds, decks and outdoor lighting must be approved by management.
18. Children are NEVER to be left alone during camp.
19. No rain checks or refunds.
20. No guest are permitted to use seasonal site without phone call or written permission from owner. Regular camp fees will be charged.
21. Toilet chemicals must be used.
22. Management reserves the right to remove ANYONE whose conduct is considered to be improper.
23. All campers are responsible for keeping their site clean and mowed.
24. The campground or its AGENTS shall not be liable for any damages or injuries caused by ice, wind, tornado, flood, fire, theft, vandalism, or any other cause.
25. Traffic control gate is manned 9 am to 11pm on weekends. Entry is restricted during off-hours unless you have a gate card.
INFRINGEMENT OF RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT. THANK YOU.
